Mike Coombs

Written as incidental music for a horticultural teaching CD, and named in honour of the best Egg Mayonnaise sandwiches I have ever eaten. The sandwiches were made in the Dane End Village Post Office shop and kept us going through our recording sessions at the Cream Room. Rob still runs and now owns The Cream Room. One day the environmental health officer came round and said that they could no longer make any egg mayo sandwiches as the premises were not up to standard. A real shame as the kitchen was cleaner than most private houses I've eaten in.
